The lecture series is a fitting memory to a man of vision, strength, devotion to scholarly pursuits, and one dedicated to achieving cooperation amongst information services. Art Elias probably said it best: "Miles stamped 'quality' on everything that he did; to lecture in his name requires that characteristic."
